5-Star Leadership

Every member of the Kasasa team is regarded as a 5-Star Leader, expected to produce results commensurate with the esteemed U.S. Military ranking. All employees must challenge themselves to accomplish their goals by any means necessary — within the boundaries of The Patch and good ethics.

Love

We extend love to our clients, to our company, to our coworkers, and to our consumers. The value of Love is not a value of softness. It is not aimed at overlooking our flaws. It is a value that gives us the strength to confront any situation with compassion and kindness.

Badassitude

Other companies might call this excellence. But we're building a world-class company that's changing the world of banking forever. Anything worthy of our effort is worthy of our best effort.

Interdependence

The Spartans fought in the Phalanx formation. Its strength relied on the team moving forward together. Soldiers lined up, overlapping each shield to protect the warrior on their left. Those in the rear propelled the front ahead. This is the kind of cooperation that we strive for at Kasasa.

Who cares about culture?

We do. No, really. We created a committee for Spartans to share their thoughts about what we're doing right — and what we can do better. The Patch Committee consists of employees and executives who work together to make Kasasa the Best Place to Work in Austin. Here are a few of the things they do:

  • Address employee feedback
  • Review policies and procedures
  • Plan company events
  • Continuously evaluate culture

We really do care about culture. And we hope you do too. But just because we believe culture is important, doesn't mean we take ourselves too seriously.
