Acknowledging the “x-factor” or “secret sauce” that makes a team special.
UNCLE’s culture is maintained not just by managers, but by employees at every level. The UNCLE Spirit Boosters Committee, made up of employees from every division, meets regularly to plan “dress-up days… employee appreciation dinners, picnics and success rallies.” In addition, staff members often get together outside of work, at community events, group meals, and compete in physical exercise activities. They’ve got spirit yes they do! Congrats!
