BTAN will be held at the Kasasa headquarters in North Austin Kasasa headquarters in North Austin.
We reserve rooms at well-known hotels such as Westin, Renaissance, and Aloft on your behalf. All are in the heart of north Austin and located near our headquarters. Sorry, custom venue requests cannot be accommodated at this time. Your BTAN team will reach out with your specifics and confirmation numbers as it gets close to your arrival date.
We provide ground transportation from the time you land at the airport until the time you take off again.
All meals are provided on day one of the conference. Breakfast and lunch are provided on day two. To make arrangements for special dietary considerations please contact BTAN@kasasa.com.
Yes! We’ve built in multiple 10-15 minute breaks throughout each day for you to take a breather, catch up on emails, take calls, or spend the time however else you’d like.
