I know my goals. If they are to be, it’s up to me. Each of us is responsible for knowing our individual goals, how they fit into the larger company strategy, and delivering the outcomes. Each of us say, “if it’s to be, it’s up to me.” You are empowered, enabled, and expected to do whatever it takes to get those results (without violating our Patch values or the laws of course). No excuses.
Interdependence
Only team wins count. I take responsibility for my team's success. My team is Kasasa. I hold my shield for all of us. We know that, at the end of the day, only team wins count. We gladly accept the responsibility of ensuring our team's success – that means not just "playing my position", but truly doing whatever it takes to ensure the team wins. And we know, there is only one team, KASASA.
Badassitude
I am passionate about what I do because I understand why it matters. I will courageously face challenges, seeing each one as a stepping stone towards growth. Badassitude shows up as a palpable sense of intensity to deliver excellent outcomes because we understand why it matters. We relentlessly give a s@#$ (RGAS).
Love
We boldly bring love to the workplace and the world. We Love ourselves, our company, our coworkers, our clients and the consumers. We know Love starts in our own hearts. The Love we cultivate inside ourselves is shared with others in our words and actions. We know that Love does what needs doing and says what needs saying. It prioritizes truth and contribution over being agreeable. When we say "Love", we mean the real kind.
Elevate
I create the higher possibility. Elevate isn't a patch value on its own. It is the wrapper around the whole Patch. Elevate calls us to create the higher possibility that always exists in our current situation. It is the wrapper around the whole Patch reminding us to seek the "highest form" of our values.
A situation can be a problem or an opportunity. Kasasa calls on employees to create the higher possibility that always exists in any set of circumstances.
