At this time, SureLock monitors TransUnion credit files only.

Kasasa stores email addresses to comply with the alerting requirement ensuring account holders are promptly notified of any dark web or credit alerts. Kasasa also stores anything the account holder adds to a note.

Everything we store and or pass through is encrypted at both rest and transit and, if stored, stored in AWS (US-West-2). Any account holder data submitted to TransUnion for dark web monitoring or enrollment is also encrypted in transit. 

The account holder will be informed of the opt-in 30 days in advance and then they will be opted in on day 30. The first fee will be charged on approximately day 60 depending on cycle dates. 
Yes. Account holders can easily opt out anytime in online and mobile banking. Their account will be updated to a standard checking account without having to change their account number or replace their debit card.
